Bridal Show – Retainer Payment

A $50 retainer is due upon signing this Agreement. This retainer is redundable for 48 hours after this date and non-refundable thereafter. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (10) days before Client’s event date. If paying by credit card, Client agrees to have Provider charge Client’s credit card for payment of services. The Client is liable for any additional time they request at the event at the cost of $150.00/hr. (which will be billed in half-hour increments). The Client agrees that in addition to any and all other legal rights and remedies Provider may have, Client will pay a $50 fee for any and all returned checks which Client may write to Provider as payment for services.

Your reservation and this contract is not in effect until the retainer is received. You may pay by Cash, Credit Card/ACH or check.
