Thank you again for choosing Carolina Photo Fun to serve you during your special day. We want your photo booth experience to be everything you want it to be and more!

No later than 10 days before your event we need you (or your planner) to fill out this form. The earlier the better but not before you have the details available to fill the form in with. Please note that if we don’t have this information by 10 days before your event we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fully customize the booth and may have to resort to standard templates. Once we receive the form we will go to work on the designs and send you examples for your review!

The following set forth the details of an agreement between CAROLINA PHOTO FUN (Provider) and the parties (Client), for photo booth services.

This written contract sets forth the full, written detail intentions of both parties and supersedes all other written and/or oral agreements between the parties. This document is an addendum to the document entitled “Photo Booth Rental Agreement and Contract” which set forth the legal terms of service between Carolina Photo Fun and the Client.
